Cage-free, from drop-off to pick-up

Fluff Theory is a cage-free salon. Pets stay out with the team for the whole appointment, and settle next to each other instead of in a kennel while they wait. It is quieter, and most of them walk out the way they came in.

Jess Tran is a certified master groomer, and the salon runs with a team of five groomers and bathers. Rabies vaccination is required before the first appointment, so please have it ready when you book.

What happens during an appointment

    Book online

    Choose a time that suits you and tell us your pet’s breed, size and coat. If you are not sure which groom to pick, we will help you work it out.

    Drop off, no cage

    Your pet stays out with the team the whole time. We work at their pace and stop for a break when they have had enough.

    We text when they are ready

    You get a message the moment the groom is finished, so there is no waiting around the shop for the call.

Do you groom cats as well as dogs?

Yes. Fluff Theory grooms cats and dogs. Tell us what your cat is like when you book and we will tell you what to expect on the day.

How much does a groom cost?

Full grooms start at $55. The price depends on your pet’s size and coat, and on anything you add on, so we quote when you book and hold that price for the appointment.

Does my pet need a rabies vaccination?

Yes. Rabies vaccination is required, so please have it ready when you book your first appointment.

Will my pet be in a cage?

No. The salon is cage-free, so your pet stays out with the groomers for the whole appointment instead of waiting in a kennel.

How do I book?

Appointments are booked online. Pick a time, tell us about your pet, and we text you when they are ready to go home.
